Labeling Flexibility
Scale Fusion is designed to use ANY off-the-shelf label software that supports command line printing or
has a trigger mechanism. While we are a Bartender reseller, Scale Fusion can work
with any of the examples below:
Operating Flexibility
Scale Fusion operates in four different modes to handle any production line configuration.
On random or catch-weight product lines, Scale Fusion can be connected directly to a scale to collect weights. The scale can be in-line or fixed base, and it works with all the major scale brands: Rice Lake, Mettler Toledo, GSE, Weightronix, Fairbanks, and many more.
Fixed weight product is easily handled by Scale Fusion via a simple photo eye or manual switch. It counts cases and produces labels for cases and pallets.
Scale Fusion can be set up as a label print station to preprint labels for mulitple production lines or smaller hand applied batches.
Scale Fusion can even handle the low volume tasks like weighing of scrap or trim that do not warrant automation, but still would benefit from a label being produced. Weights can be manually entered into Scale Fusion and a label generated.
