I have been using Scale Fusion Automated Labeling and Inventory Management in two plants for well over five years. Whether I’m weighing milk trucks, 40 lb. cheese blocks, or bags of cheese curds in our retail store, Scale Fusion makes it all possible with its user-friendly interface. Data Manager is great for tracking all my inventory; from the original weight capture to the actual invoicing of the product. And it all stays connected over my network and VPN. We have recently completed installation of Scale Fusion as our product labeling solution in 13 of our US plants operating on over 70 packaging lines. We use the complete Scale Fusion software suite from StrategyBytes to give us traceability of our cheese products to our customers, and ingredients from our vendors.  The Scale Fusion system manages our Production Lot Numbers as well as the Vendor Lot Numbers coming in. It has allowed us to consolidate all of our business information into one system so no one has to keep spreadsheets on the side to track things.  We are able to go through audits in less than half the time it used to take when tracking was done on paper.  The Scale Fusion hold and release system guarantees that no product leaves the plant that has not been fully tested and approved.  StrategyBytes continually works with us to make customizations to the system so it always meets our needs.
